Our story
Why Juniper? The juniper bush is a messy, beautiful plant! It is thorny, low-growing and difficult to navigate around. It is also a healing plant, known across Native American, European and Tibetan cultures to offer clarity to cluttered minds. ​

Who are we? Juniper Solutions Group is led by Leah Pouw, a policy and systems change expert. She brings more than 20 years of leadership in program development, public relations, community organizing, data analysis and policy implementation. She is the "calm in the storm."

What do we do? Leah works alongside clients to design and launch new initiatives, engage community voices in planning, and respond to complex government applications. Other areas of expertise include: business plan development, writing and editing implementation manuals, facilitating community conversations, co-creating mission & vision statements, and organizing family engagement.
