Juniper Solutions Group is led by Leah Pouw, a policy advocate and leader of community change. She leads change efforts with expertise in data analysis, policy research, implementation science, marketing communications, and collaborative leadership.

Leah works with clients to design and launch initiatives, connect with community voices, and manage crisis communications. Leah is skilled in business plan development, writing and editing, meeting facilitation, and organizing community engagement.
